OK, here's my guess, Imelda Marcos.
Imelda Marcos is the correct answer! Marcos is the former first lady of the Philippines. The People Power Revolution forced her husband from power in 1986. When the Marcos family fled the palace, Imelda was found to own 508 gowns, 888 handbags and over a thousand pairs of shoes!
Actually, I know of one woman from that country, and I guessed it. The next one is a bit harder. I know the face...but for the life of me can't pinpoint from where.
